Rücken & Partner extends expertise
New in the range: Building services
The Rücken & Partner corporate group with its headquarters in Meppen has extended its range of services and now offers its customers building services planning by Rücken & Partner Schleevoigt Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH.
The new company has its origins in the Peter Schleevoigt VDI planning office for domestic engineering and building services in Göttingen. Owner Peter Schleevoigt, 60, has now handed his company over to Rücken & Partner as part of his company succession plans.
The Göttingen office focuses on the planning and implementation of integrated sustainable energy solutions. According to Michael Rücken (49), Management Board Chairman of the Rücken & Partner corporate group, the name of Schleevoigt “has been acknowledged nationally in its field for successful projects that are both innovative and technically cost-efficient for over 20 years. The employees have an enormous wealth of expertise particularly in the renovation of existing properties.” Rücken & Partner intends to use this increase in expertise to optimize the range of services on offer to its customers. Having acquired the site in Göttingen, Rücken & Partner will have an even broader base and “will be represented virtually all over Lower Saxony.”
Peter Schleevoigt, former owner of the Göttingen planning office, will head the newly created company of Rücken & Partner Schleevoigt Ingenieurgesellschaft as its Managing Director. The new company is currently working on a major project in Hanover where 400 housing units are being renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art building services. There is also good reason to be pleased at present in the new-build sector where a contract for the construction of 221 housing units has been won in Hamburg.
In addition to its specialist planner function, the new business unit is the perfect complement to the structural planning offered by Rücken & Partner in the area of climate protection. The company also has extensive expertise in the field of climate protection planning and CO2 minimization with a team of experienced employees.
Acquisition of the Peter Schleevoigt VDI planning office will now provide the Rücken & Partner corporate group with general planning and engineering services in the course of sustainable framework development planning. This covers the whole range of services from structural planning and classic construction planning disciplines to specialist planning and implementation.
